celebrate the kabbalistic teachings of R' Shimon Bar Yochai, widely believed to
be the celebrated author of the Zohar. We also celebrate the end of a plague
which killed the great students of the sage Rabbi Akiva. To celebrate these
events, is Lag Baomer, a time of much music, stories, and Torah.

ATTENTION!I have been told to advise any groups or singers that Talmud Torah in
Brooklyn is beginning a Jewish Cafe right after Lag BaOmer. We are willing to
provide a nice venue and will send out an email blast to the TT emailing list
before every gig. We are looking to have a gig twice a month initially. Anyone

I am pleased to announce I will be doing IYH a live performance on Nachum Segal
Show's JM in the AM. JM in the AM broadcasts live at 91.1 FM in the New York
City area, and 90.1 in the Hudson Valley area and live on the web. I am
scheduled to perform at 7:52 AM this monday November 28th. It may  be followed
by a brief interview. I will be singing and playing together with CJ Glass (of
The Groggers and Pey Dalid fame.) This is very significant, as the radio show is
the most popular Jewish radio show in America, with tens of thousands of
listeners each morning.
