Most of the effects in the BR-600 sound terrible when used with an accoustic guitar with Piezo pick up. I tried turning down audio levels and no improvement....

I just got one for Christmas. It's simple to use the basic functions,- I don't use drums, etc., so I can't help you there. The built in mic is pretty decent....
